What are you going to learn?
Led by an experienced procurement fraud practitioner and academic, you will develop an in-depth understanding of procurement fraud in context of your work environment.
This will include identifying behaviours of the fraudsters and how these will look to you in your work environment.
Why attend?
You will discuss risk analysis and risk identification of procurement fraud. This will include risk identification during the stages of the procurement process including the contract management lifecycle. Best practice mitigation strategies, policies and procedures will be identified. Discussion will be undertaken around category procurement and the risks that are involved in this approach.
The course will comprise of case studies using real life procurement fraud investigations. We will discuss not only what went right whilst carrying out these investigations but additionally what went wrong and why.
